Restaurant Manager - High Volume

Restaurant Manager needed for high volume, fun restaurant in Burlington Ma. Our managers must provide courteous guest service and respond promptly to guest questions, complaints, or requests. In addition you will be
o responsible for creating a fun, upbeat environment for your staff
o involved in the recruiting, hiring, and terminating of food and beverage employees.
o Must be able to maintain proper employer/employee relations as well as discipline, recognition, and performance evaluations of employees.
o Establish and enforce cleanliness standards in restaurant, lounge, and kitchen.
o Prepare weekly employee schedules.
o Maintain the cost controls and quality standards as specified by labor and cost standards.
o Work with General Manager in establishing food quality and consistency standards.
o Maintain adequate ordering, receiving, and inventory controls for restaurant and lounge.
o Actively participate in Food & Beverage operations at peak activity periods each day including, but not limited to, delivering food, clearing tables, greeting and seating guests, bartending, etc.
o Continually strive to be aware of current trends in Food & Beverage.
o Continually strive to upgrade product and service.
o Perform other services and projects as requested by General Manager.
Qualifications:
o Candidate must possess over 2 years of hospitality management experience.
o The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.
o Strong organizational, time management and team development skills are required.
o P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
o Excellent leadership and management skills required.
o Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
