The role of Manager is responsible to grow top line sales and help create a highly engaging and interactive in -store customer experience.
The successful candidate will share the vision for their store to inspire and motivate the team.
Responsibilities Outstanding personal sales Training sales associates A strong customer service environment Execution merchandising standard and all other operation standards such as payroll, tasks, inventory and cash balancing Requirements 2
years Management experience with a retailer (mall based preferred but not required) Strong command of written and spoken English Strong analytical skills Strong time management skills Available evening and weekends Showcase is a national retailer with 119 stores across Canada and the United States and plans to have over 150 by the end of 2022!
