We are looking for people who are coachable because we have the formula on selling insurance and need candidates who can listen to our coaching and put it into action! Also, we work with a number of different Insurance carriers, so ideal candidates will be able to navigate computers easily and use multiple tools and screens at the same time while holding a conversation with customers.
